Qualifications

• 10 years of divorce and family law experience

• Valid license to practice law in Georgia.

• Represented many high asset/high-income clients (combined income $250K annually as a married couple)

• Conducted many trials.

• Reputation of being an ethically strong attorney

• Conducts oneself with the highest standards of performance.

• Embodies the firms core values of compassion, communication, and competence.

Responsibilities

• Execute a proven process of taking clients from initial intake through the closing of the case.

• Help create “brand stewards” of our firm by providing superior legal counsel, communication, and service.

• Conduct daily in-depth discovery and communication with clients, other counsel, and paralegals to devise carefully crafted legal strategies to win the case.

• Attend court hearings, conferences, and trials well-prepared.

• Take depositions and handle temporary hearings and mediations.

• Assist/oversee paralegal(s) in drafting multiple sets of interrogatory answers.

• Manage paralegal(s) – by coaching and overseeing their work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
