About the job:

Title: Behavioural Health Technician

Location: Brentwood, TN

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $21 - $24/HR

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure consistent and effective treatment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must obtain RBT certification prior to scheduled start date (trainings are paid for and provided to you at least 2 weeks before your scheduled start date)
