Job Description

• Bachelors / master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Packaging Science graduate with Degree in Packaging Technology from reputed Institute/University
• 5 years’ experience in writing technical manuals of medical domain or lab equipment is preferred.
• Develops complete operator and service manuals for x-ray and lab equipment.
• Develops and maintains standard templates to be used in the manuals.
• Develops technical training packages to be used by the Product Support staff.
• Completes product Technical and Safety Bulletins using Xml.
• Hands on experience in creating style sheets by using epic editor.
• Should have Knowledge on DITA and CMS
• Writes safe work instructions.
• Experience in managing translations and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Participates in the continuous improvement process.
• University Degree or College Diploma
• The ability to work under tight deadlines is a prerequisite.
• Experience with Epic Editor and Adobe Frame maker (or similar) is preferred.
• Collect information regarding product changes, inspect machines under construction, research client literature.
• Create literature, which is grammatically correct, concise, and clearly conveys the required information to Dealer/Customer personnel.
• Ensure that the grammar, format, and expression of all literature is consistent with Client standards.
• Use information from Client systems to ensure that the relevant literature is written and issued in a timely manner.
• Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written along with strong analysis skills will assist with your success in this position.
• The candidate will need to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on safety and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
