Position 2 : D365 CRM Field Services Sr. Developer

Job Description for D365 CRM Field Services Architect :

· Overall 12 years’ of overall IT experience in implementing MS CRM/ Dynamics 365 applications, must have experience of at least 5 end to end CRM implementations.

· Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.

· (Must have) Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end Field Service applications.

· (Must have) Thorough understanding of the following elements of Field Service - Work orders, Scheduling and dispatch, RSO, Communication, mobile application, Asset management, Preventive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and returns capabilities.

· (Must have) Experience with time tracking of field service technicians.

· Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS.

· Strong experience in integrations using - Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and WebAPI as well as via middleware.

· Strong experience in data migration/integration using – SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc.

· Must have working experience on Power Platform – Canvas Apps, Automate and Portals Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies.

· Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery will be preferred.

· Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels.

· Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution.

Job Description for D365 CRM Sr. Developer :

· Must have 8 years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience.

· Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM.

· Extensive knowledge in implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.

· Strong hands-on experience working with PCF controls and typescripts.

· Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server, SSIS or SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic App.

· Expertise in Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.

· Working experience on power platform – must have created model driven apps , flows and canvas apps.

· Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets), Outlook clients, O365 apps integration etc.

· Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independently.

· Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
