Job - SAP PP/QM Solution Architect

JOB Description:

We need a Functional Lead / SA kind of a resource who has understanding of overall processes as well is able to anchor the functional discussions with customer and lead overall functional part.

· At least 2 implementations working in respective areas working in S4

· Carveout Experience is a PLUS

· Solution architect experience that can lead discussions with the client and team in Supply chain as a whole.

· Consultants need to plan/build including:

a. Requirements Management

b. Configuration and Documentation

c. Key Decision Documentation

d. Process Flows

e. Authorization and Security

f. Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)

g. Change Management

h. Reporting

· MRP views of Material Master

· Experience in the following: MTO Planning Strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, Lead Time Scheduling, Co-products, Subcontracting, Capacity Planning, Variable size planning, planned scrap, MRP Areas, Advance Procurement, Quota Arrangements

· Good knowledge of BoMs and Routings

· Good knowledge of WBS based planning and use of Networks with MRP

· Quality Info Record

· Inspection Plans for Suppliers and Customers

· Inspection Lots, Results Recording and Usage Decision

· Batch Management

· Incoming Inspection (PO and Vendor returns)

· Outbound Inspection (SO and Customer Returns)

· In-process Inspection

· MRB and Scrap/Rework

· Integration with MES systems

· Document Management Systems

· Functional specification authoring.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
