Job description
Hands-on Oracle HCM Product Knowledge Should be able to configure, demonstrate variety of scenarios to the Customer without additional hand-holding.
Should be able to trouble-shoot issues across Oracle Modules.
Ability to understand & gather business requirements.
Provide thought leadership and consulting to the Customer.
Provide Solution Options on Oracle HCM (Payroll, Benefits).
Compare and contrast with legacy applications ( such as PeopleSoft)
Collaborate with both Internal and External (Customer) stakeholders to drive solution creation and acceptance in a time-bound manner.
Should be willing & able to play a variety of tasks in the Project.
Good quality professional documentation (includes Presentations, Writing Documents, Deliverables, Test Cases etc.)
Keep abreast of the latest & greatest on Oracle HCM’s roadmap and capabilities
Qualifications :
Oracle SaaS HCM Multi-module, Oracle HCM Payroll, Benefits : 5 Years (3 projects) : RELEVANT Experience
Oracle SaaS HCM US & Canada Payroll (Tax, Benefits, Balances, Reconciliation) : 3-5 Years (3 Projects) : RELEVANT Experience
Oracle On-prem PeopleSoft (Payroll, Tax, Benefits Reconciliation) : 2-3 years (2-3 Projects) : RELEVANT Experience
Functional Consultant (hands-on)
Technical knowledge (hands-on) would be a plus.
Good communication skills Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal
Self-directed and Pro-active (be a consultant )
Willingness to work across time-zone as required by the engagement
