Looking for a Windows Server Administrator Support Specialist to support a large Banking and financial Industry. It’s a Crucial role in providing exceptional windows server administrator support, troubleshooting, and handling upgrades. Additionally, the candidate should possess the technical expertise to troubleshoot issues related to Windows Server with a focus or operations across our infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day L3 support for Windows & AD infrastructure, including troubleshooting Windows AD/DNS/DHCP/ IIS.
Patching windows servers required for monthly vulnerability management.
Subject matter expert for SCCM and Robot automated server builds.
Provide application integration support on windows servers.
Automation engineer experience to support internal self-service tools and websites.
Knowledge of Active Directory, VMware and Citrix.
Maintains performance-monitoring systems such as intrusion detection, virus scanning applications.
Document configurations, installation, upgrade, backup/recovery, security and operating systems standards, and other required.
Utilize best practices regarding system monitoring, change control, and service level agreements, and assist in the create infrastructure policies and standards.
Maintain relevant technical skills to support current technologies, as well as a future technology roadmap.
Training junior team members.
Qualifications:
Good Communication and knowledge in ITIL process.
In-depth Windows Server administration Knowledge.
Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows Servers.
