tekla research is Hiring a Senior Airworthiness Systems Analyst Near Lexington, MD

Must be U.S. Citizen
Clearance Required: SECRET Ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Education: MS or MA.Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.Experience: Must have at least ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired Experience: NAVAIR Class Desk/System Engineering, Familiarity with USN Airworthiness and System Safety Programs and prior experience working in a NAVAIR Cooperative Program.Position Description:

Develop Airworthiness plans.
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Track program/project status and schedules.
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
