Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced SAP Consultants to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving successful SAP implementations and optimizations. As an SAP Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, enhance business processes, and maximize the value of SAP technology. We welcome candidates with diverse expertise, including technical, functional, and techno-functional proficiency across various SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Solution Design:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges.
• Design SAP solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

2. Implementation and Configuration:

• Execute end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring effective configuration and setup.
• Customize SAP modules to meet specific business needs, considering both technical and functional aspects.

3. Technical Development:

• Develop and implement custom programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements using SAP's programming language (ABAP).
• Ensure the technical infrastructure (SAP Basis) is well-maintained and optimized.

4. Integration and Collaboration:

• Facilitate seamless integration between different SAP modules and external systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

5. Training and Support:

• Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring continuous system improvement.

6. Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, configurations, and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation to support knowledge transfer and future enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with expertise in at least one SAP module.
• Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of SAP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience in multiple SAP modules or cross-functional SAP projects.
• Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and trends.
