Job Description
As a Solutions Manager at Tekion, you will be responsible for revenue growth by selling our complex software solutions and solving automotive dealership challenges. You will consult with dealership owners on how to improve their entire operations, from technology to process, and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for technological transformation, including software, hardware, and communications. You will work with dealerships of various sizes, from dealer principals to CEOs, and consult on all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, demonstrate success in selling complex solutions and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Perks and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $70,040 - $118,450. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
