Job Description: Remote role with some travel. Position Summary: Responsible for all phases of the candidate life cycle from sourcing through offer for designated groups of administrative, non-clinical and clinical hires up to and including Advanced Practice Providers. Key Performance Areas: Execute end-to-end recruitment process for hiring needs in our designated region and designated Central Services departments Responsible for sourcing, outreach, interviews, scheduling, and candidate management Establish and maintain efficient feedback loops with internal stakeholders Prioritize and develop strong relationships with hiring managers Provide a positive candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely follow ups Build pipeline of talent to support future openings, and work to nurture relationships and engage potential future candidates Leverage understanding of market to implement tools and creative sourcing strategies, build relationships with universities and key organizations Work with physicians on the recruitment and hiring of ARNPs or Client. Prepares list of additional benefits and protocol and follows through on their completion and filing with the state agency as may be required. Ensures that Malpractice Insurance, Credentialing Coordinators, and other Company departments as needed are notified and receive copies of paperwork to complete the compliance processes for ARNP/PA to see patients upon start date. Prepare relocation assistance and referral bonus paperwork Will be assigned special projects with distinct parameters to complete in a designated timeframe per project. Special projects may include training on recruitment matters of significance. Assist department in carrying out various recruitment programs and procedures for all employees. Act as a resource for employees and for management. Comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to patient care, patients rights, safety, billing, and collections. Adhere to all Company and departmental policies and procedures, including IT policies and procedures and Disaster Recovery Plan. Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all patient and employee information at all times. Will be expected to work at any Company location to help meet the Company s business needs. Will be expected to work overtime when given sufficient notice of required overtime. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Experience/Qualifications: Education Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare recruiting, focusing on a high touch candidate experience, physician practice preferred. Experience partnering with and supporting hiring managers across multiple locations. Work quickly and efficiently, but always with transparency and attention to detail Positive attitude and demonstrate high EQ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, be flexible, creative, innovative. Must have ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, potential candidates and internal customers. Two years of prior experience using Workday preferred. Multi-state experience preferred. Prior experience in a full-time remote role preferred.
