Director - Outside Plant Construction
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Outside Plant Construction for a leading telecommunications and utilities infrastructure organization. The ideal candidate must possess 10-15 years of OSP Construction experience and ideally with a rural turnkey construction background. You will manage and develop multiple OSP teams in different markets. This critical leadership role requires a background in fast-paced environments, showcasing strong organizational and strategic skills and developing people for career advancement.
The Senior Director will oversee all aspects of Outside Plant Construction, ensuring efficiency and excellence. P&L experience is essential, as the candidate will contribute to financial success. Our client’s organization fosters development and growth, providing an opportunity for the candidate to thrive. Management of multiple markets and therefore travel will be required in this position.
Requirements: 

• 10 Years of Outside Plant Construction
• Management of multiple markets
• Underground, Aerial and Fiber Splicing project experience required

• P&L responsibility, results driven and excellent analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills - able to develop and mentor.
• Current Direct Reports experience and team development
