TekCom Resources is seeking a Mapping Production Coordinator to work with a fast-growing telecom construction and engineering company in the St. Louis market! If you have experience as an office-based Project Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, especially in telecommunications construction, this role will likely be a great fit.
As Mapping Production Coordinator, you will be working out of our client's office and helping them track completed fiber optics construction for the purpose of paying contractors and billing customers. Training will be provided over a two-week period, and may require travel paid for our client depending on where you live. 
While experience with the below duties would be very helpful, the most essential requirement is great attention to detail. You will spend your day overseeing Mapping Assistants who are putting together detailed maps of completed construction and communicating with employees in the field to make sure these Assistants have the information they need to produce accurate maps.
Job Duties:

• Ensure maps produced by Assistants are being submitted on-time and accurately reflect information provided by personnel in the field.
• Submit completed and updated maps to customers and process approval or denial - this is a customer-facing role.
• Once maps of completed work are approved by the customer, ensure that invoicing is being processed within the designated time frame.
• Update comprehensive tracking production and invoicing.
• Relay instructions provided by Project Managers and other higher-level supervisors, and inform supervisors of any issues that arise with production or invoicing.
• Go over As-Builts provided by Mapping Assistants to ensure accuracy.
• Meet with Mapping Assistants for weekly one-on-one assessments to discuss quality control.
