TekCom Resources is seeking a Director of Fiber Operations for a fast-growing, outside plant construction firm in the Cincinnati, Ohio area!
The ideal candidates will have a background directing all aspects of OSP/Fiber construction projects to ensure schedules, budgets and contractual commitments are being met. You’ll provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to construction personnel and OSP vendors.
This is an entrepreneurial, new-build environment that will allow you to create policies, procedures and solutions that make sense to expedite deployment.
As a regionally-focused Operations Manager, you will be traveling between company offices in Louisville, Lexington and Cincinnati. Candidates will be primarily working from the Cincinnati location, and remote options are not available for this role.
Target compensation: $115-$140K DoE plus bonus incentive, and a company vehicle will be provided.
Duties

• Forward facing interactions with senior leadership on our side and the customer side.
• Overseeing all day-to-day construction and working within SOPs
• Overseeing the compilation of invoices and as-builts
• P&L responsibility and minimum profitability
• Growth and development of Sunrise managers
• Process improvement as necessary
• Market growth where possible
• Vendor management
• Travel between markets as necessary and needed
