Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through direct interaction with potential customers in residential areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting:** Knocking on doors and initiating conversations with homeowners to introduce our products/services and identify potential sales opportunities.
2. Product Knowledge:** Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
3. Sales Presentations:** Delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs and interests of individual customers to drive engagement and interest in our offerings.
4. Closing Sales:** Utilizing effective sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Relationship Building:** Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
6. Sales Reporting:** Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, sales presentations delivered, and deals closed, to track progress and performance against targets.
Qualifications:
. Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in a door-to-door or residential sales environment, is preferred but not required.
. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
