Tek One Solutions is Hiring a Low Voltage Technician Near Newark, OH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage systems such as fire alarms, security systems, IDS, CCTV, and computer hardware. You will work with hand tools, power tools, and read blueprints to ensure proper installation and functionality of these systems.

Duties:
- Install low voltage systems including fire alarms, security systems, IDS, CCTV, and computer hardware
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing low voltage systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine system layout and wiring requirements
- Test and inspect low voltage systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide technical support to customers regarding low voltage systems

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for installation and repairs
- Knowledge of blueprint reading for system layout and wiring requirements
- Familiarity with fire alarms, security systems, IDS, CCTV, computer hardware, and other low voltage systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues with low voltage systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • Newark, OH (Required)
