Program:- 20%

1. Serve as point person for IT team on technical guidance related to SAP S/4, HANA Reporting and BTP. Report to client s Program Mgr.

2. Identify and manage inter-project dependencies

3. Provide an integrated and detailed view of the program

4. Understand inter-workstream dependencies and track them to closure

5. Identify and track program-level risks, issues, and actions

S/4 Migration Project 25%

1. For key technical issues, provide a balanced perspective considering project objectives, best practices, and supportability

2. Able to anticipate roadblocks, quickly identify approach gaps, suggest alternatives, evaluate and build a compelling case

3. Strong understanding of add-ons, CPI integration, and integration patterns

4. Good understanding of CVI/BP migration and setup

5. Ability to anticipate roadblocks and plan alternatives

6. Domain experience in Upstream or Finance is a plus

SAP Reporting 30%

1. Prior experience with PowerBI and HANA reporting is a must.

2. Solutioning experience for refactoring HANA views to S/4 and incremental loads

3. SAC-AFO experience is a plus

4. Define the QA-QC /testing approach for the HANA reporting workstream

BTP 15%

1. Good understanding of BTP solutions in Neo & Cloud Foundry

2. Assess the deliverable quality and provide recommendations for composable, repeatable, and sustainable solutions
