TEG Federal Credit Union is seeking a driven, responsible, and detail-oriented Branch Manager for one of our Dutchess County branches. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for directing operations of the Credit Union branch facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth goals. You will have the opportunity to originate, underwrite, and approve loans, promote and cross-sell TEG products and services, and maintain long-lasting, profitable member relationships.
*This is a Float Branch Manager position; you will be based in one of our Dutchess County branches and "float" to the other branches in Dutchess County as needed (including Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Beekman, Wappingers Falls, and Fishkill).
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Associates degree or equivalent level of education from a business or trade school, or specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a bank or credit union
• Understanding of loan products and processes
• Experience hiring, terminating, coaching, and motivating employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented
• Experience in loan origination, underwriting, and/or closing is a plus
• History of exceeding sales and performance goals is a plus

What You'll Do as the Branch Manager (Responsibilities):

• Hire, direct, develop, motivate, coach, and discipline branch personnel; administer performance evaluations and address employee problems and concerns
• Interview loan applicants; evaluate and approve loan applications (or recommend approval or denial of loans that fall outside your assigned approval level)
• Direct the overall operation of the branch facility, including maintenance of the building and equipment
• Monitor all branch activity to ensure compliance
• Effectively cross-sell credit union products and loan services
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a branch budget, including staffing, equipment, and building maintenance
• Keep senior level management informed of key operating issues

Pay: $58,000 - $72,000 / year, based on experience monthly bonus incentives!
