Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic bartender to join our new team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious beverages for our guests, and assisting with golf simulators or computer needs. If you enjoy golf, working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Maintain clean and professional simulator bays
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Assist customers with computer needs related to the golf simulators
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong cash handling skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic computer skills pertaining to applications and functions
- Interest and knowledge related to golf
