Responsibilities:

• Lead team in the preparation of shipments of metal and other type parts by loading pallets, boxes, etc. by hand or by use of forklift
• Assist and execute (with team) the wrapping of pallets and loading of trucks with metal parts by hand and fork trucks.
• Pool together and organize parts for shipping
• Perform other shipping related duties as assigned
• Prepare products for appropriate transportation
• Maintain proper paperwork for all parts until time of shipment
• Place completed items for stock on shelves and assist in maintaining inventory level
• Pull completed products to fill orders and prepare for shipment
• Backup delivery driver on an as needed basis

Qualifications: * Previous experience in shipping or other related fields would be helpful

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload, involving but not limited to lifting metal parts (weighing up to 50lbs) off pallets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to obtain medical dot card
• Must posses a clean MVR / driving history
• Ability to be certified to drive forklift
