Full-time, permanent employment as a Registered Nurse RN working directly for the State of Washington. Seeking WA licensed RN with a desire to provide quality, compassionate care to patients with psychiatric and physical illnesses.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $132,000 per year. (DOE per state salary grid based on nursing experience)
Shift Differentials: $2.50/hr for swing and nights $4/hr for weekends.
Part-time also available.
Responsibilities:
Provides direct nursing care to patients.
Administers medications and performs skilled, specialized treatments.
Directs and delegates nursing functions.
Evaluates the quality of care provided.
Develops the nursing plan of care.
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to communicate and comprehend oral and written forms of communication.
Knowledge of professional nursing principles and concepts.
Ability to use treatment techniques in mental health nursing, infection control and emergency response, etc.
