Contract 3rd Shift Registered Nurse (RN) in Yuma - Long Term Care.

Position Details:
Role: Registered Nurse (RN).
Location: Veterans Home in Yuma.
Shift: 3rd Shift: 6pm-6am.
Duration: 2 year assignment.
Requirements:
Active RN license issued by the state of Arizona.
Minimum 2 years of LTC or skilled nursing experience.
Fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Valid driver's license (may be required for State duty).
Current negative TB skin test (Mantoux skin test) within the last 6 months OR a written statement from a physician, physician's assistant, or a registered nurse practitioner indicating freedom from tuberculosis (if previously tested positive).
