This is a rare opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner FNP to become a part of our nationally known employer based family practice team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care to patients ages 2 and above, employees and their dependents, in the employer based onsite healthcare clinic.

Tuesday - Friday. Saturday rotations 8am - 12 PM. Full primary care center (acute and chronic care). Comfortable with well women exams, minor procedures. EMR used is Epic. Average patient load is 16-18/day.

Contract from now to July 1st 2024 with an opportunity to extend

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

• MUST have NP license in IN with an active DEA
• 1 year of experience as a NP in a family medicine or urgent care setting.
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership qualities

Pay: $121,411.02 - $146,215.42 per year
