TEEMA - Litchfield Park is Hiring a Packaging Clerk Near Phoenix, AZ

TEEMA is looking for a Packaging Clerk to join a medical distribution company in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll be responsible for packaging products for an international corporation.

Job Title: Packaging Clerk

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM-5 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, unpack, check, and store equipment and supplies efficiently and accurately.

2. Prepare packages and necessary documentation for shipping, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3. Fulfill orders by verifying shipping documents and pulling materials from inventory.

4. Process paperwork related to the distribution of equipment and supplies, including distribution forms, requisitions, purchase order forms, and packaging slips.

5. Conduct quality assurance checks on all received products before stocking or shipping.

6. Maintain the warehouse in an organized, clean, and safe manner, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

7. Monitor stock levels and promptly report to the supervisor when inventory is low.

8. Assist in the ordering of equipment and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

9. Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and accountability.

10. Clean and sterilize medical equipment as per established protocols.

11. Perform minor equipment repair and maintenance as required, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.

12. Maintain organized files documenting all equipment transactions and repairs.

13. May be assigned other delivery duties as needed.

14. Perform any additional duties as required by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks is highly desired but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
