The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

• Maintain accurate patient medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.

• 1 years of experience

• Knowledge of nursing care procedures and techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
