Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our clients team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:
