Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our store. You will assist the Store Manager in various tasks, including managing staff, learning the simulators, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. If you have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail, resturant or golf environment, is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Familiarity with recruiting, training development, and performance management processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers
