Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team. As a Dough Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and producing dough for various baked goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Mix and prepare dough following specific recipes
- Operate and maintain dough-making equipment
- Monitor dough consistency and quality
- Package and label dough for storage or distribution
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in inventory management of dough ingredients

Experience:

- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle food safely and hygienically
- Familiarity with culinary terms and measurements
- Experience in food production and handling within the food industry
