Ted Machi & Associates is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Arlington, TX
Overview:
We are a small firm of 30 years seeking a litigation paralegal/legal assistant who is well organized to join our legal team. Will need to be flexible and must be able to switch from one project to another. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Works independently and able to follow up for requesting documents, medical records to ensure all requests for production are returned, Multi lingual is a plus.
Duties:
- Assist with drafting legal documents, such as pleadings
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
