Company DescriptionTech Tammina LLCJob DescriptionProvide evaluation, treatment, medication management, consultation, community education and training activities.responsible for 24 hours of billable service per 40 hour week after 30 days of employment.Provide medication management to Agency clients in assigned programs under the supervision of the Medical Director or designee.Complete clinical documentation per agency policy to include treatment plans, clinicalcontact notes, daily time sheets, managed care authorizations, discharge summaries and all others as needed.Assist in collection of self-fees by discussing delinquent fees with clients.Maximize collection of client fees by insuring that services have been pre-authorized.Achieve established utilization management/desired client outcomes for cases assigned.Attend clinical supervision, and team, department and agency staff meetings as provided.Accept cases and attend trainings as assigned by supervisor.Compliance with agency procedure for approval of leave/vacation time.Educational leave must be approved by your supervisor.Accept and complete additional relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.Practice and present in a manner consistent with Quality Improvement goals activities.Qualifications(Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing) Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioneror clinical nurse specialist program recognized by the State of Vermont Board of Nursing.State license or license eligible with prescriptive privileges.Licenses/Certification Required: License to Practice in the State of Vermont by the Board of Nursing or ability to obtain a VT license. Additional InformationJob Status: Full Time / Permanent positionEligibility: EAD GC/ GC/ US CitizenShare the Profiles to mahesh(at)tammina(dot)comContact: 703 349 1214Keep the subject line with Job Title and Location
