Invoicing Specialist
The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for various accounting and operational support functions primarily focusing on client invoicing.
Prepare and submit T&M invoices, Unit price/ lump sum contract
Perform contract related job and client set ups in the ERP system
Verify invoices are processed once submitted in client’s system.
Verify timesheet accuracy based on contract requirements.
Working with others in payroll, operations, and other departments.
Performing any other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting or related field required and/or minimum of 1-3 years of Accounting experience
High level of detail orientation with excellent follow-up skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment s notice
Ability to analyze reports for accuracy and prepare basic statements
Friendly with excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Proficient in Microsoft Office
