Solution Architect Specialist -

• Seasoned professional with ability to make architecture and design decisions and tradeoffs for application architecture that looks across the applications landscape and adheres to enterprise standards. Prior Application architecture experience is required
• 8 years of hands-on experience in solution, application, architecture applied to multiple large-scale enterprise systems.
• 10 years of hand-on experience in the programming language like Java, Angular/React.js and databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB including microservices using Java and SpringBoot
• Cloud transformation from legacy monoliths to microservices and API based architecture using Docker containers, Kubernetes, Java, SpringBoot
• 3 years of AWS Cloud experience Hands-on experience working with AWS services EC2, S3, EKS, OpenShift, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CFT, etc.,
• 2 years of large-scale digital transformation & AWS Cloud migration hands on experience with multiple technology areas like API, Microservices, Event Streaming, Logging & Monitoring, Databases (SQL, NOSQL), Containers, Serverless Frameworks, AI & ML etc.), DevOps
• Required security knowledge and application integration patterns for architecting cloud native applications using containers
• Technical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systems
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile application development is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Keys to Success in this Role
• Hands on experience with latest cloud-based AWS technology and familiarity with latest industry trends and mobile technology is a plus
• Strong judgement with excellent decision-making skills and excellent analytical skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and lead technical solutions.
• Ability to lead, collaborate and influence issue resolution across various groups in the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present subject matter. Ability to communicate effectively technology problems/solutions to business partners and senior leadership and translate high level directives into technical approaches consumed by technical groups
• Highly motivated and upbeat self-starter with proven organizational and time management skills; demonstrable experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environment
