We are looking for a Compliance Director and the role involves managing a comprehensive compliance program, focusing on domestic and international product and operational compliance. Key responsibilities include adherence to federal and state regulations, product compliance, and overseeing the Anti-Money Laundering program. Ideal candidates should be motivated, with prior experience in Insurance compliance and a deep understanding of related products, distribution systems, and regulations.
Responsibilities: Include managing compliance policies and procedures, coordinating regulatory initiIatives, handling the AML program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and overseeing internal audits. The role also encompasses managing the company's compliance training program and electronic filings, staying updated on regulatory changes, and being a proactive resource for compliance-related queries.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, five years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
