TECHNOLOGENT is Hiring a Cisco Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Near Phoenix, AZ

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experience Cisco Unified Communications Engineer for a long-term client project in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will contribute to the design, build, improvement and integration of infrastructure required to support the Meeting Tech business portfolio or infrastructure platform in terms of robustness, scalability, availability and efficiency.

Role: Cisco UC Engineer
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

Performs core technical aspects to supports infrastructure implementations, deployments and technologies related to Cisco Cloud Collaboration Technologies.
Problem management, Incident management, and Change Management.
Creates accurate project specifications.
Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and technologies.
Management and coordination of vendor and third-party escalation support.
Provide technical input to create, maintain and implement content and standards.
Familiarity with end to end design solutions to include integration, installation, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance experiences.
Works on prioritized/assigned features for ongoing sprints.
Proficient with Voice, Video and WebEx technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience.
Up to 4 years of experience with voice video and Cisco Webex platform on and off premise.
Experience with a Cisco Cloud Collaboration tools and VoIP Protocols.

Specific technical knowledge in the following areas:

Cisco Cloud Collaboration Technologies
Hybrid Calendar
WebEx App formerly known as " WebEx Teams "
Video Conferencing (Cisco TelePresence)
Room OS 11
Cloud Calling
Control Hub Administration
Site Service Administration
Jabber
VoIP Protocols such as SIP, MGCP and SCCP
Video Devices i.e., Cisco Room Series Room OS11, Desk Pro
Microsoft Exchange / Active Directory / Outlook/ Teams
Analytical skills and technical knowledge to take on service problems of moderate to high complexity
Able to decipher VoIP, Video and Webex topologies

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Previous Microsoft Teams experience
Previous Scripting and Automation experience
