Description:

We are currently seeking a Finomial Database Developer to join our team in King of Prussia, PA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Finomial Database Developer will primarily focus on mapping the data flow from the application to a database of Finomial. This role will be responsible for the delivery of critical product requirements and will interact with a culturally and technically diverse team, which includes developers, Database developers, QA, and product management teams.

Specific Job Skills and Experience:

• 5 or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities (including agile and scrum patterns)
• AdvanAdvanced databaselopment skills like -
  Creating complex queries and stored procedures
  Performance tune complex queries and query optimization
  Developing Dynamic SQL and stored procedures
  Using indexes to speed up the SQL queries
  Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience designing and developing objects and components of relational and non-relational database
  Full Text Searching
  Developing ERD both physical and logical
  Strong experience with Agile methodologies
  Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, with a strong preference for Agile experience
  Skill for writing reusable functions, views, and database objects
  Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills
  Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills
  Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
  Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• 5 years of experience in Performance tuning
