Field Service Technician - East

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of snowmaking systems
• You are the contact person for our customers with technical questions on site
• You take care of the professional commissioning of our snow-making systems
• You support our customers in training their staff

Our requirements

• You must have training in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Professional experience as a service technician is desirable, but not mandatory
• High flexibility in working hours
• You are willing to travel (up to 5 days/week in the high season in the field service)
• Your focus is 100% on the customer – their satisfaction is your motivation
• Class B driving license
• You have high resilience and stress-resistant
• Part of the training will be in Italy
• You need to have a valid passport
