Total Quality Management (TQM) for any construction project can only be accomplished by assigning an experienced and knowledgeable professional staff to each assignment. We are a rapidly growing our CM Firm in the NY/NJ region with additional offices in Massachusetts, Washington and Baltimore, MD.

Techno Consult is seeking a Civil/MEP Inspector to join our firm as part of our NYCDEP Project , There are several inspection sites in this assignment so the candidate should be able to travel. DEP experience will be a plus but not required.

Job Description:

• Follow safety guidelines, participate in pre-task planning, and report any safety issues or concerns to management.
• Perform outdoor, all-season field tasks such as inspection of geotechnical borings, Support of Excavation (SOE) installation, excavation activities, and construction of structures.
• Develop field and engineering reports and logs.
• Work at different shifts with some overtime and weekend work may be required.

Requirements:

• 1–2-year assignment in the Brooklyn area WWTPs, a mid -level inspector position with 5-10 years of experience.
• Highly motivated individual
• Ability to perform field tasks and activities.
• Previous experience working with tunnel and shaft construction as well as concrete rebar and mucking.
