Position: PeopleSoft Developer

Description of Project:
The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), partnering with Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB), is seeking one (1) full-time staff augmentation resource to perform PeopleSoft developer duties for the SWIFT PUM50 Update Project.
MMB maintains SWIFT (StateWide Integrated Financial Tools), which is the online financial, procurement, supplier portal, and reporting system used by the State of Minnesota. SWIFT is a Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 application with PeopleTools version 8.60.05. The purpose of the SWIFT PUM50 Update Project is to update SWIFT from full image version 36 to full image version 50 or later (i.e., getCurrent).
SWIFT has customizations specific to the State of Minnesota as well as integrations such as DocuSign, Punchout, and MFA. The State has also implemented a fluid eProcurement (ePro) module within the last few years and there are design changes from Peoplesoft on the ePro module. The existing customizations, integrations, and design changes will need to be evaluated when updating to the new version. These items will need to be reapplied to the application to the extent not delivered by the new image version.
