We here at Techniserv, Inc are seeking two Project Managers to join our talented Project Management team.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring that all project requirements are met and that the project is on time and on budget. This position will report to the Administrative Director and will work closely with the Project Team.

This position is onsite in Berwick, PA with a weekly schedule of Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM. The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00, with a generous annual bonus. An excellent benefits package with insurance, education, and 401k is also included.

Required Experience:

• BS Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in project management, or
• 10 years’ experience in engineering or related field.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Understanding basic aspects of project execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.

Duties include:

• Directly manage medium to large scale projects.
• Internal and external point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Develop & maintain Gantt chart milestone schedules including detailed progress tracking during the project execution.
• Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with TECHNISERV, INC. procedures and as directed by management.
• Report project status at weekly Staff meetings.
• Manage project documentation transfer & submittals to Clients.
• Manage project costs and schedules.
• Manage change control costing, submittal, and approval process.
• Keep Accounting informed of payment milestones.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers, Project Director, and Corporate Management to assure optimum prioritization of manufacturing and design resources in support of project goals as well as overall company goals.
