In this role, you will be working as a Shop Supervisor for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing a production team and managing the production floor.
This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work onsite.
- Associates or Bachelors preferred
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - experience with metals is preferred
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with shop floor control, shipping/receiving and inventory management
- Able to manage production schedules and delegate work
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Maintain health and safety policies in the shop
