We are seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative that will prepare and deliver presentations for commercial equipment and services to prospective customers from Nags Head to Richmond area.

**What you will do -**

* Represent the company to potential general contractors, project managers, commercial business owners, and property managers in manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

* Proactively seek out new business opportunities by conducting cold call activities to perspective customers, and networking to secure first appointments with existing building owners at the decision maker level.

* Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the clients trust, meeting their objectives, and deliver value added solutions.

* Perform site surveys and pricing for service agreements.

* Develop HVAC system related solutions for customers problems, including financial and performance-based

* Conducts preventative maintenance site surveys with the client and produces an estimate for any proposed PM Services

**What you need to qualify-**

* Valid driver's license

* Experience of Microsoft Office software

* Three-year minimum HVAC experience

* Commercial HVAC and mechanical experience a must have

* Ability to read mechanical plans

* Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning handling industry, managing HVAC jobs with progressive responsibilities, or the equivalent
