Job Summary:
We are seeking a Material Handler who will be responsible for providing all materials from our Warehouse to the Plant floor as needed by Floor Operators. The Material Handler will Ensure all raw material (plastic pellets, color) needed for manufacturing are available at the press prior to mold changes; Will refill raw material; mixes raw material and color when needed; cleans hoppers, color feeders, grinders and dryers for production use.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse upon completion of our Forklift training and passing the required test.
- Stack and organize products in designated areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Skills:
- Proficient in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with clamp trucks, reach trucks, or other specialized equipment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
