Responsibilities

Technica Corporation is seeking a System Administrator  to support customer events to include (but are not limited to): tests and evaluations, operational and technical assessments, engineering spirals, exercises and training, innovation activities, cyber events, demonstrations, and experiments.

• Support and sustain Air Force Cyber Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter (CVAH) Weapon System
• Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
• Support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and reporting on all PMO-provided equipment
• Daily tracking and report of all maintenance record activities
• Perform hard drive duplications and run diagnostics for troubleshooting
• Implement approved PMO-supported baseline configuration changes
• Deploy PMO-supported baselines to CVAH equipment while adhering to license limits
• Configure, test, and securely package equipment into PMO provided and approved transport cases before operational deployment
• Evaluate vendor products, make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, and coordinate installation
• Generate Trouble Tickets, diagnose problems, replicate issues, escalate, & report resolution with the PMO provided ticketing solution
• Coordinate with Warranty Vendors and PMO to quickly implement break/fix actions
• Work under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of low to moderate complexity

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/ SCI
• DoD 8140.01 Compliant: IAT II
• Achieve CompTIA A certification within 6 months
• Associate's Degree in Information Technology/Cyber Security and 4 years’ experience; or Bachelor's Degree Information Technology/Cyber Security and 2 years’ experience.
• Relevant professional experience within Systems Administration and functions of system documentation, accounts, software, hardware, computing resources.

Certifications

• Achieve CompTIA A certification within 6 months
• DoD 8140.01 Compliant: IAT II
