Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cable Installer to join our team. As a Cable Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of telecommunications equipment and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work in various environments. Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and systems - Perform cable installations, including running cables, terminating connections, and testing for proper functionality - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with telecommunication systems - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective installations - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site Skills: - Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment - Familiarity with Cisco routers and Ethernet connections - Experience in field service or as a service technician is preferred - Proficiency in fiber splicing techniques - Ability to work with hand tools and perform mechanical tasks - Basic electrical knowledge for wiring and connections - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about telecommunications and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
