Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. This includes drafting legal motions, representing clients in court, conducting trials and depositions, and providing legal counsel and advice.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law, legal procedures, and regulations
• Experience in drafting legal motions and conducting legal research
• Ability to represent clients in various courts and handle trials
• Experience in conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• License to practice law in Maryland and DC
• Extensive experience in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
