POSITION OVERVIEW: The warehouse technician is responsible for helping maintain the inventory of products in the warehouse. Job duties may include loading and unloading trucks, picking up, dropping off products, and general warehouse maintenance. The job of a warehouse technician often involves using a computer to track the flow of inventory.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes staging by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares projects by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, placing orders in staging area.
• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors and or customers.
• Maintains truck or van by completing preventative maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
• Enforces inventory controls by auditing stock location orders and submitting restock requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promotes clean warehousing area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Provide on-site support to field technicians as necessary for project requirements.
