TechGuru Inc is Hiring a Junior Network Technician Near Charlotte, NC
We are looking for a Junior Network Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our network systems, as well as providing assistance with design, installation, and maintenance of network hardware and software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network problems.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Perform routine network maintenance tasks.
- Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Maintain records of network activity and configuration changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
