Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support network and cloud infrastructure for clients.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer computer networks and related systems.
• Perform upgrades and migrations to technology platforms.
• Manage data backups and perform disaster recovery operations.
• Implement network and cyber security measures.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve network issues.
• Document client configurations and procedures.
• Continuously learn about new technologies.
• Occasional travel to client sites within the local area when necessary.

Requirements

• Technical Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration, preferably as an MSP technician.
• Strong understanding of network and cloud infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 for Enterprise Suite, including EntraID, Intune, and MDM.
• Experience troubleshooting servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Knowledge of network and cyber security, including VPN’s, MDR, mitigation, and recovery
• Experience with routing/switching, network protocols, and data storage solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies a must.
• Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
