Education:
Although there is no minimum education requirement, the Government reserves the right to provide a higher rating to a resume with a strong educational background.
Experience Description:
The following is a detailed description of the labor category experience that in the judgment of the Navy is required to successfully perform this effort. As described in detail in Section M of the solicitation, the Government will evaluate resumes based on the strength of the proposed individual's experience and rate the resume accordingly.

• Twenty (20) years Surface Navy experience including technical management as a Naval Officer supervising combat system configuration, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair
• Deployed as Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) with Strike Group or served as a JICO with Fleet MOC
• Knowledge of current TDL monitoring systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience conducting Common Tactical Picture Manager (CTPM) overseeing Common Operational Picture, Common Tactical Picture and Tactical Data Link interfaces
