Qualifications

• Familiar with SAFe Agile Framework, preferably with a certification.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SynapseRT) to manage development work and resources.
• Significant understanding of Agile and SAFe.

Day to Day Tasks

• Provide Agile coaching to team.
• Mitigate blockers and support iteration execution.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings: Daily Sync., Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective
